When it says lvl range- what does that mean? It cant mean that you outlvl him at lvl 10 bcoz im lvl 11 and just got frostfire off him. What does level range mean? Is it that once you get 1 mission off a contact he gives you them all? Im really stuck here can anyone help?
How can he fight Rikti? They don't even come to tht low of a lvl. And no, having no lvl riktis don't count.
Level range means the possible levels of the enemies. This is not set in stone though, so you may get lvl 11 villains or 12. Also if you are, say, lvl 10 and start missions off this guy and then all of a sudden you get to 11- the missions will still be at lvl 10 but you can get missions from him. However if your lvl 11 and you try to start him with having done no missions for him, then you'll fail. If this doesn't help then i'm sure you'll learn on your own.
