Writeup

This hunt mission is a bit tougher. The Minions of Igneous can be found in Grendel's Gulch in the middle of the Hollows. The Minions range from about 13-15 in larger packs.

I first got this mission at level 12, and I could tell it was going to be cluttering up my Mission box for a while... either that, or it was just a bad night for high-level spawns, because every group of Igneous I could find was Level 13+, and anywhere from 5 to 9 MOBs in the pack, including a couple of LT's or even Bosses!

At any rate, hunt these guys with extreme caution, because unlike the gun-toting gangers you've mostly fought up to this point, these buggers can pack a SERIOUS wallop with their ranged attacks! Even a non-stop run-by past these critters could leave you with a hefty bill for the 911 Ambulance service.... Play it safe- leave these guys alone until the later teens, or else bring a good-size group with some good healing.

Ok, died twice trying to do this mission with a side kicked tank. We both were getting killed quickly. My tank left (I'm a blaster) and I completed the mission with hover and snipe! Use the range of snipe and patients and this mission is a breeze. If you don't have snipe... well good luck!
