The Circle's activities in Talos Island have gorwn more brazen and outrageous lately, and everyone is starting to
fear for their lives. I'd like you to curtail some of their rituals in Talos Island. Circle Island and Eleusis are
particualrly overrun, but I'm sure you can find places all over the zone to take a stand against them.

| Kill 20 CoTs in Talos Island. Best hunting ground seems to be Circe Island, but be careful if you are soloing at lower level as the level range is somewhat wide. |
