It seems Independence Port is at the center of the Family's Superadine ring. , I want to bust that ring wide open! Get over to Indepdence Port and show the Family that they don't run the docks.
Bell Point and Patriot Wharf are hotbeds for drug runners. You might want to start in one of those areas.
