There have been reports of Circle of Thorns activity all over Talos Island. They presence of those mad mystics and their summon creatures is striking fear into the hearts of all the people of the city. I need a hero who is willing to help curtain the Circle's presence in the zone.
I've heard several reports of Circle activity around New Troy and Cyclops Island, though I'm sure any neighborhood in the zone would welcome your assistance.
