Description:
Phillipa has a dangerous situation brewing. The Council has been collecting data on heroes for some time, and she believes they have a full list of all Super Groups registered with the Paragon City government, complete with the powers and weaknesses of each member. What's worse, the Rikti found out about it. They're moving on the Council base as we speak. Those files may be all the Rikti need to mount another offensive against the city. She needs you to stop the Rikti raid and destroy the Council's files. The Council protects its most precious info with heavy duty security protocols, so you'll need a teammate to help you crack into their network.

| This is a very simple "defeat all villains" mission with a simultaneous access of 2 computers thrown in for good measure. Once inside, you'll encounter standard Rikti and Council groups throughout the base - more Rikti are present though. The Council are normally outfitted with numerous minions and a couple of lieutenants, while the Rikti mix it up between Drones and Monkeys coupled with minions and a single lieutenant or boss. If you're solo, you'll have to find a teammate to complete all tasks. Otherwise, use normal team concept fighting to fly through this one. The reward listed is for a level 31 hero. |
