You're supposed to 'Find evidence of a plot' oooo! A PLOT IN A MMORPG! Imagine that!
You do not have to defeat all the Clockwork to finish this mission, just the boss and the clue, which is usually right behind him.

Interesting bit about this map is that you can get to the boss without doing a whole lot of fighting. However, there is a good share of xp to snag after (or before you kill the boss), if you explore the entire map.
With 3 inspirations and my lvl 7 Blaster, the boss went down without much of a fight. He was the first large Clockwork you have seen up until this point, but was a bit of an upset in the challenge reason.
I would highly recommend holding off on getting the clue, logging out and logging back in to do this mission more than once. The xp was awesome at lvl 7, and if I wouldn't have gotten the clue for this writeup, I would have done the mission at least twice. |
