Description:
One of the first places Kip Cantorum will send you will be to talk to the Security Chief in King's row. He's not introducing you to a contact; this is the first part of a street mission.
When you accept, he says, "There have been reports of some trouble with the Skulls in Kings Row, so he may send you after them."
Your Nav window will now say "Talk to Security Chief" "King's Row."

After you talk to the security chief, he will give you the rest of the mission. He gives you a dossier, and tells you "This briefing will help you. Now get out there and take out those Skulls. You might try looking for them in High Park or Freedom Plaza."
The dossier is in your clue bag. It says, "A lot of hardworking folks live in King's Row, home to most of Paragon City's labor force. The place was named after the King Garment Works, but that business went under over twenty years ago. Now, King's Row is in the hands of all sorts of businesses, from small factories to various Crey subsidiaries. Unfortunately, those damn Skulls have taken over the streets. Some people say that those ghouls belong to some sort of death cult. Whether that's true or not, the Skulls are sure full of trouble."
At this point, your nav window has changed to say, "Keep the peace in Kings Row" "Defeat 10 Skulls."
Despite what the security chief told you, you may hunt your Skulls anywhere in King's row. If you hunt outside of the zone, they won't count.
When you are done, return to Kip, not the security chief. Kip will tell you, "The security force sends their thanks. good work, ! It won't be easy to clean up King's Row, but with your help, we have a much better chance of success. |
