Toy will tell you, "This clockwork scavenging is becoming a real problem in King's Row. those little metal menaces are taking street lamps, sewer grates, and everything else they can get their mitts on. I need you to discourage the Clockwork scavenging in King's Row. Otherwise, that whole zone is going to turn into a death trap!"

After you accept the mission, he says, "Royal Refinery and Freedom Plaza are particularly overrun, but I'm sure any neighborhood in the zone would welcome your assistance."
This time, you really do have to go to King's Row to hunt your Clocks, but it's still easy to find them. Clocks can be found literally anywhere in King's Row. If you need to find clocks above 10th level, you'll always find some at the Paladin spawn points.
There is also one huge area with little else but Clocks. Go to Blue Steel and turn to the east. There's a long jump down to a desolate wasteland of construction sites and power transformers. Everything between there and the next wall is swarming with Clocks, Clocks and more Clocks, with just a few Skulls hiding from all the Clocks.
When you return to Tony, he will say, "Kings Row is a lot safer now, thanks to you." |
