Tony will say, "We've got reports of some Clockwork down at the old abandoned Castenada Export warehouse complex. Sources say they're using it as a staging area for a massive attack against the city. , we've never heard of the Clockwork trying anything this bold! It's absolutely imperative that you go to Castenada Export and shut down the Clockwork plot!"

After you select the mission, Tony will say, "I hear there's a large robot inside called (name). Watch out for it while you are hunting for information, (your toon's name)."
The glowie you are looking for looks like this:
When you search it, you get a clue that says, "This diary is filled with the frenzied ramblings of the Clockwork King. In one section, he writes: '(your toon's name) reminds me so much of the vigilante who destroyed my body and left me to this metal shell. I must eliminate this new threat.'"
There are a few different named bosses that you might be looking for, but they always look like this:
They all have the same powers as a Cannon Duke. If you have your difficulty set on heroic, the boss will usually be one level lower than you (so he'll be yellow to you).
Both the glowie and the boss will be placed randomly somewhere in the lower half of the map.
If you still need some more XP, stick around after you defeat the boss. I5 added some late ambushes to this mission.
When you return to Tony, he says, "So, the Clockwork were planning nothing more than you demise! I'm sorry I sent you into a trap, (your toon's name), but this diary may well be worth the risk. It should give us valuable new insights into the Clockwork King's madness. I must admit I always wondered why he had transplanted his brain into a Clockwork robot. Now I know. It's no wonder that he hates heroes so much, if it was one of them who consigned him to that fate. It's a sad thing, really. With his brilliant engineering skills, the Clockwork King could have been a gero in his own right." |
