The Tsoo are escalating their war against the rest of the gangs of Paragon City. The situation is getting tense, and violence looks imminent. I want you to take some territory back from the Tsoo. We need a buffer zone between them and the rest of Paragon City's gangs.
Defeat 15 Tsoo.

| For this mission I was given a Lethargy Inducer from Seraph. Shortly after receiving this mission I was ambushed by several Tsoo, and dispatched them with haste, as soon as that was completed I moved to Steel Canyon where I defeated the rest of the 15 that I needed to complete said mission. The easiest place to find them is around the gate to Boomtown and out behind the Icon. A pretty easy mission. |
