After you take the mission, she says:
| QUOTE | | Hurry back. We probably don't have much time. |
Go talk to the city representative. She's standing in the middle of the foyer of city hall. (Yes, it's the same person you talk to to get your cape mission.) She will say:
| QUOTE | | Your friend was right. This is an intersection, though not of two streets. It's an old annex to the sewer system, off the main lines. Here, take this map back to your contact and see if you can come up with a plan. |
She gives you a clue that says:
| QUOTE | | Sewer junction map. This map is of an unused annex of the sewer system. It is labeled 'CVX-1701 junction RVB-0070.' |
That's it. you're done. It doesn't switch to an indoor map. You don't even get an ambush. Just go outside and call Carla. She will say:
| QUOTE | | Aha, so the note did give us an address! Now that we have a map to his new location, we should be able to find the kidnapped man quickly. |
