Tom will say, "I'm sure you've heard about what's going on in Bloody Bay. Longbow is recruiting heroes there to fight against the villains coming in from the Rogue Isles. Go talk with the Longbow Warzone Liason for Bloody Bay over in Skyway City."

Accept the mission, and Tom will say:
| QUOTE | | the Longbow Liason will give you an appraisal of the situation in Bloody Bay. You can then make the choice whether you want to get involved or not. |
Now all you have to do is go talk to the liason. She is on the ground by a fire escape behind a building with a helecopter on the roof. I've provided a screenshot to help you. I can't even count the number of times there's been someone standing on the roof asking, "Who do I click on?"
Find the Liason and she will tell you all about Bloody Bay. You don't actually have to enter Bloody Bay. All you have to do is talk to her and then you may return to Tom Bowden.
When you get back, Tom will say:
