Warren will say, "For quite some time the Tsoo have held the Scroll of the Spirit Dragon. I think I've located the base where they're keeping it. Will you recover the Scroll of the Spirit Dragon from the Tsoo? If we don't move quickly, the Tsoo may move it to another location. You only have 75 minutes to recover the Scroll of the Spirit Dragon."

Your 75 minute timer starts as soon as you accept the mission, after which Warren says:

This is a cave mission. It might be in any zone which has caves, though it is often in Perez Park. There are plenty of loops and dead ends in the cave, which is also packed full of Tsoo. Expect some of them to be a level higher than average. You don't have to fight them all if you can get past them safely.
In the image below, you see Senor Habanero standing at a doorway. All you have to do is defeat everyone past this doorway and find one glowie. Crazy Phoenix will be standing near the glowie.
Once you've cleared everything past the door, the clock will stop. After this, you can take your time clearing the rest of the map, or you can exit any time you wish.
Return to Warren and he will say:
