Everett will say, "These Clockwork are becoming a serious problem. There is another nest somewhere in this city, but we are having a hard time finding its exact location. Maybe you could hit the streets and take down some Clockwork minions. You might be able to get a sense of where they're coming from."

When you accept the mission, Everett says:
| QUOTE | | Good luck, and try to figure out where they are coming from! |
Now all you have to do is defeat 10 Clocks. You can hunt them anywhere you want, but the first place you should look for them is right behind you; they will ambush you almost as soon as you accept the mission. After that, if you talked to Everett in person, you are already in Clock territory. Skyway City is swarming with appropriate level Clocks from one end to the other. Be prepared to hunt for a long time, though; this is one of those missions that de-spawns most of the Clocks to make the hunt harder.
When you finally defeat your 10th Clock, you find a clue among the Clockwork parts:
