"Whoever Ubelmann is or whenever he's from, our inside informant has given us a good shot at catching him. Apparently the Council has been stockpiling parts for a time machine to send Ubelmann back to the past. I still don't know if I believe that Wolfgang Ubelmann is a time traveler from the Second World War, but we should stop the construction of that device. We can't take the chance that it might work."
