"The orders you found in that Council base told es exactly where to find Wolfgang Ubelmann. Now you just have to catch him. According to those orders, the Council plans to modify the machinery in a Portal Corporation lab to make a one-way time gate and return Ubelmann to the past. We can't let that happen.
