Oliver will tell you. "The Circle's activities in Talos Island have grown more brazen and outrageous lately, and everyone is starting to fear for their lives. I'd like you to curtail some of their rituals in Talos Island. Circe Island and Elusis are particualrly overrun, but I'm sure you can find places all over the zone to take a stand against them."

After you take the mission, Oliver will say:
| QUOTE | | Good luck to you in this battle, (your toon). The city's hopes go with you. |
Now all you have to do is defeat 20 Circle of Thorns in this zone. It doesn't matter where in the zone you look for them, but you'll have the easiest time finding them if you head North from Oliver. There are usually a few just around the corner to the North (on the grass) and droves of CoT (and little else) on the northern islands. Ithaca Island is my favorite place to find them, but Circe and Elusis are both also swarming with CoT. |
