Description:
The council has been hard at work developing new and improved super-soldiers as part of their Cor Leonis project, and I have a breakthrough that needs investigating. I've gotten word that a Dr. Rossi, the ARchon of a Council base, has pioneered a new Cor Leonis project. Capture Dr. Rossi and I'm sure he can lead us to the main lab.
Dr. Rossi is your main objective. He's a base commander, so he's sure to be well protected and isn't likely to go down without a fight. Once you have him, he should be able to tell you what you need to know to find the main research facility.

| Fairly small council map. Find Dr. Rossi and defeat him and his guards. This done, you'll exit the mission having learnt that Marino and his men are in Boomtown. Go there, defeat him and his men. In Marino's lab, also find 3 pieces of unrecovered research. |
