Description:
Ginger will say, "There's a big problem in Crey's Folly that I think you can take care of. Every time we turn our back on the Paragon Water Works, the Devouring Earth is in there, trying to add some sort of poison or mutagen. It's getting to the point where people don't feel safe drinking the city's water. I'd like you to go to Crey's Folly and convince the Devouring Earth that it's not their personal playground. Make sure they know that we won't tolerate any further incursions."
This is offered as an alternative to another mission. It is not a part of Ginger's story arc.

OK, no help there, but at least you know you have to go to Crey's Folley. It's a long trip there from Ginger. You get there through Brickstown. Even if your supergroup has a teleporter to Crey's Folly, I reccommend you go in through the gate anyway, because the Devouring Earth are easiest to find near the gate entrance.
The Devouring Earth spawn the thickest around Crey Factories and Paragon Water Works. However, most of them will despawn while you have this mission, which will make them hard to find. You may not be able to find most types at all, but there is still an easy way to complete this mission. Head straight forward from the gate, right down the middle of the main road. As you get closer to Paragon Water Works, you'll find swarms of bugs flying around in your way. If this is your first Devouring Earth mission, you might still remember The Swarm from The Bog in Striga Island. These are Devouring Earth underlings. They don't despawn with the other Devouring Earth, so it will only take 5-10 minutes to find enough to complete your mission. Most are level 32-33. |
