Ginger says, "The folks over in Founders' Falls think they may have to pave over Hutchinson Park. The area over there is so green and lush, it's become a magnet for Devouring Earth creatures. I think I've got another solution to their problem. I want you to head over to Founder's Falls and defeat as many Devouring Earth minions as you can find. If we can convince the Devouring Earth that Founders' Falls isn't the place for them, maybe it won't have to be turned into a parking lot."

After you accept the mission, she says:

Hutchinson Park is the red zone in the SW corner of Founder's Falls, but you can hunt your Devouring Earth anywhere in the zone. They only appear in grassy areas aroung the edges, and only in neighborhoods bordered in red on your mini map (Hitchinson Park, Blackstone Hills and Gaspee). Stay around Ginger and they are mostly levels 36-39. Lower levels can be found further north. The lowest are around 31-34 and can be found at the north of the Hutchinson Park neighborhood, near Louis Forest. Look for them under the Green Line. The tracks mark the boundary between Louis Forest and Hutchinson Park. Stray too far past the tracks and you will find nothing but Circle of Thorns.
Defeat any 40 Devouring Earth, then return to Ginger. She will say:
