Description:
The mission name seems to be a typo. There is a hunt mission with the same name, but this one is an indoor mission. You can tell the difference by what Hinkley is telling you.
Hinkley will say, "The Tsoo and the Warriors have been meeting all over the city for the last few days. The strange thing is that we haven't seen any violence. those groups are planning something, and I want to find out what. I need you to investigate the meetings between the Warriors and the Tsoo."
This mission is a two-parter. Although I marked this mission as being a train mission, you will begin the mission by clearing a normal mission map in a random zone. It is possible for the door to be in Perez Park or the Hollows, but I have yet to see it in a higher level hazard zone.
This mission is not a part of a story arc.

When you take the mission, Hinkley says, "Be ready for anything in there."
This is a two part mission.
On the first map, you only have to defeat a single group. You'll find them all the way in the back. Throughout the entire map, you'll find Warriors and Tsoo fighting, but they are also bragging about their techniques. They aren't actually trying to kill each other. When you defeat the key group, you find a tournament invitation.

After you exit the mission map, head straight to the nearest train station to get to part 2 of the mission. Any train station will do. An extra option appears at the selection menu, which says, "Omicron Point." Select that to get to the second mission map.
On this map, there are 6 groups you have to defeat. Since they are scattered all over the map, it might be easier for you to just clear the map. If you want to find the 6 groups, look for one Warrior fighting one Tsoo while other gang members cheer them on.
There is also one glowie, but you don't need to find it to complete the mission. It looks like a pirate chest. Inside, you will find the tournament prize, along with an Influence bonus.

You will recieve your mission bonus as you exit this map.
When you return to Hinkley, he says:
