A very "controller-like" set. Good for solo'ing because of its natural ability to slow enemies hit by attacks. Its worth noting that Ice is the only Blaster powerset without a sniper attack. It also has no "alpha strike" attack (i.e. Nova, Inferno, Thunderous Blast).
