Description:
The Freakshow are basically powerful metal weilding street thugs that use the drug "Excelsior" to enhance their combat power. Their love for metal goes far beyond their weapons as some of them have replaced entire limbs with metal gadgets to perfect themselves. Though many have ranged attacks, it's obvious that their real strength is in their powerful melee attacks.
Freakshow are found primarily in Terra Volta, Talos Island and Crey's Folly, with a few strays in Independence Port. Mission doors for them however can be generated in any zone. |
