Founders' Falls

Info
Level Range: 31 - 39
Zone Type: Regular
Minimum Level: Any

Description:
Founders' Falls is one of the more exotic locales in Paragon City. Similar to Venice, Founders' Falls is renowned for its waterways, piers and catwalks. On the west side, huge skyscrapers and high rises cover the area. On the east side, tall apartments and condominiums create a sufficient living environment. Surrounding the City portion is a large stretch of land broken into three neighborhoods: Louis Forest, Hutchinson Park and Blackstone Hills.

Find a Villain: Circle of Thorns can be found in some of the grassy areas near the entrance to Founder's or to the east of the Williamson Square.

Devouring Earth are exclusive to the grassy area's surrounding Founder's Falls.

Hunting: Founder's Falls has pretty good hunting overall. It has pretty diverse enemies for different kinds of Archetypes. There aren't a great deal of large groupings of a Villains so if you are an AoE character Brickstown may be your best bet. However for groups of 2-5 Founder's Falls is simply awesome.

The best part about Founder's is the diversity of villain levels. There are plenty of villains for each level and each area has a good blend of villain groupings within a 1 or 2 level range. Since the groups are all around 2-5 monsters you can always step up to the plate and try to take down a small group of villains one or two levels higher then your character's level.

I'm sure if you work at it you can find a nice loop for hunting efficiently in Founder's, though I have not tried myself. Just know your character's limitations and test your might often. You may just find that your character can comfortably kill a few levels higher and in Founder's, thats a huge bonus.
