Description:
Independence Port is a sprawling harbor with the Terra Voltapower station at it's heart. This critical area is balanced on the edge of a knife and could fall to complete ruin if something is not done to stem the tide of darkness.
Find a Villain:
Tsoo can be found along the road about 500 yards north of the Tram.
Hunting:
Independance Port is great for characters that like to solo smaller groups of Villains. The Family has weak ranged attacks and is scattered in usually low counts of groups all over the Port.
Since Independence Port has so much of a Family infestation you should really be in solo-heaven as you pluck off groups of 3 with your Scrapper, Tanker or Blaster.
As far as grouping, you can walk along the roads and try to hit the larger groups that spawn randomly or just head to Dark Astoria or Terra Volta.
