Description:
In the Early days of Paragon City, the area known as Kings Row was a shiny, bustling place filled with hope and promise. Factories manufacturing goods and generating power created a feeling of strong, blue-collar values. At that time, the area was called Kinds Row after one of hte most productive factories to set up shop there, King Garment Works. Now Kings Row is nothing more than a neglected urban area. Kings Row is an industrial and civic area that has seen better days, a mixture of housing developments, light industrial, industrial and office buildings.
Find a Villain:
Clockworks are found directly south of the Tram in the industrial zones by the Electrical Towers. They can also be found on the top of various buildings.
Vahzilok can be back alleys of the buildings directly in front of the tram. They can also be found in dense quantities on the West End of the zone by the Independence Port exit (levels 6-9).
The Lost have plentiful spawns on the North East tip of the map as well as the South Wall (directly under the Tram). Levels range from 6-9 on both of these spawns.
Circle of Thorns are usually found on rooftops of buildings. While you can find them during the day, they spawn much more during the night.
Hunting:
Hunting in King's Row is a 2 or 3 man gig. If you have any more members in your party Perez Park is your best bet for a good grind. Soloing is a viable option as well but depending on your template you may find indoor missions are your best way to handle the levels in which you'd live through.
