Description:
The epitome of modern highway efficiency, Skyway City seemed to be a model for the future. Soon, however, the original plans for extending the Skyway traffic bridges throughout the whole of Paragon City fell by the wayside. Instead, it became a model of cold concrete and steel. It is now a soulless passage on the way to more interesting destinations. Today, Skyway City is the only remnant of this grand but misguided ideal in Paragon City.
Find a Villain:
Clockwork can be found from varying levels of 10-17 on the West - North West side of the map.
The Lost are all over the Mid / Southern side of the map, ranging from levels 12-19. The more south you go, the higher level the Lost.
Tsoo cannot be found in Skyway City. I only say this because you may recieve a kill quest for Tsoo in Skyway city, then you'll immediatly be ambushed by Tsoo that spawn because of your new mission. Head to Steel Canyon for your Tsoo needs.
Hunting:
Skyway isn't a bad solo spot for hunting, simply because the Trolls are very abundant and even though most groups have Gardvard in them, he hits like a sissy. Since trolls aren't very strong ranged fighters, you can use this to your advantage if you absolutley must solo.
If you prefer great xp, then you may want to move on to a Fault Line or Boomtown for your grinding needs.
