If you havent already seen I posted a news story about looking to add new staffers. This thread, in addition to PM'ing, is to help facilate any questions people may have about becoming staffer or such. A link to the news post, staff applications are also listed here for your convience.

it be kind of cool if i was staff.
but im not over 22 and i dont know how to do anything with images.
but i can do stuff stuff like fixing the powers page.
(really messed up with taunt/impale/bone smasher/da....)
i have mids so i could add the WP and DB info.
I'm not a altoholic...no really i only have 1000+ toons...thats not..really...never mind.

Ah good point there Robo....I forget to mention.....I realize the age says 22 but as long as we feel you can meet criteria we will consider Ampers under that age.
There are staffers under 22, so its not something that will never not happen.

A lot of the stuff on the powers pages are things the devs need to fix. Sadly, there's certain things on the site that, when added incorrectly, need a dev to fix it. Since there's only 2 devs for all of gameamp (I think) that's a lot of stuff for them to do.

Well its no per say hard for them to complete site needs but having jobs, family, and then their own gaming time on top of maintain the site makes it hard. Its tough to balance that all out......sometimes being staff can be a task in itself as well.
Just remember those that do apply, you will be expected to do your part on site. Even though we dont get paid and its voluntary to become staff, we still ask you treat this as a job. We have alot of fun but we also know that keep this site active, and orderly is the job at hand.

I know you may feel it is repetitive but unless you have submitted an app in the past few weeks go ahead and resubmit a new one. Even if its a copy of the last one, thats fine. I looked over all our past apps but its a pain to go back through pages of emails for apps. Which I get all Gameamp applications, and we get staff apps alot.
So please resubmit and to spar poor Ol'Grif a life of searching, searching, searching through his email.

As enticing as becoming an Admin sounds, I fear that I'd be terribly underqualified for the job. The check list in the application seemed a bit daunting, after going through and only have 4 or so I can truthfully check (No Kung Fu Grip) Plus I sometimes crack under pressure.

13 years old here, Admin on 2 sites. It's fun, but it is hard. Lot's of work involved. The cellar isn't that bad I mean they bring around the water jug every 24 hours!! And sometimes they give us food... =D
