I did the thing on grifters post about how to get on the test server. But wen it finished loading and i wanted to log in it said your account time has expired please contact billing support. Since that wasn't working i decided to play on the reguler servers and it let me play i dont now why it did that.

Did you enter the correct sign on? Did you just recently pay up account? Or you can scrap it and retry.
If its tell you that you did nothing wrong w/ the Test part. That has to do w/ billing customer service or such.

Are you on the 14 day trial?
Maybe the test server is not available unless you have a paying account.

mine doesn't work. it allows me to choose witch server to go on, but when i click on it, it says that like a key or something wasn't found.

Sorry to hear your attempts to get on the test server aren't working. Just wanted to say, you might get better luck with your appeals for technical support from folks here if you're more specific. "It says I need a key or something" is pretty vague. The exact error message and the exact circumstances is more likely to get you a helpful answer.

i am on a 14day trial n it expired...
its a fun game...
do i hav to buy the box or juz the card to continue playing?

You need to buy the box. But the box comes with one month play. They just released the "good vs evil" box. For $25 you get both COV and COH and some special goodies. I recommend you should go for that. Oh, and welcome to GameAmp :)
