Does anyone know if this game will have patches with new thing for the game like WoW???
for example in the begining WoW did not have battle grounds with a new patch it did. will villains have like a patch with like a new game in it or something?? with a new monster or something???
btw i have villains already :)
btw u know i am lvl 4 now and it says i can be a lvl under my boss to advance to other islands do i have to do the missions or just be a certain lvl?

I am sorry bud. The way you worded that is a little confusing. I will try a go at it though.
City of Villains will have updates/patches along with the City of Heroes game. In fact, all of the current patches done to both games is located here at the official patch notes page.
I also think that when you say "boss" you are talking about someone you have gotten on your team that is higher level than you. (ex. he's level 10, you are lvl 4) and when you get lackey'd, you go to level 9.
If that is the case, you would still be considered level 4 when trying to cross zones, which would mean that you could not get into any level restriction zones such as Bloody Bay, which is a level 15 zone. However, you can travel to ANY zone that has a ferry to it, but you would have to survive the dangers of traveling in that zone.

thnx for the help.
i would like to know if they are making a new patch to be able to change the power u chose from the begining? for example i got shadow maybe i would be able to chose energy thing like that.
is there a page to show new features that they will add in future patches?
like for WoW battle grounds?

Chaos there are certain Task forces that you can do in the game that reward you with a "Respec" upon successful completion. If you are unhappy with your characters build you may use it to rebuild your toon back to your current level picking new powers and reslotting the enhancements to your likeing. You are haowever limited to the powersets that you chose in the beginning, that is you may not drop the Dark set & pick up Energy, you can only chose from the two powersets you origionaly chose at the beginning.
As far as patches go, we get plenty of them. There are major "adjustments" from time to time with new game features being added like new zones, new monsters, and many other......."adjustments"....like, (gag),...Enhancement Diversification.
We are currently on Issue 7 of this game, I began playing just after issue 4 came online so it has not been quite a year yet for me and I have seen 3 major revisions of this game.
There is always plenty of warning before something new is added, just keep an eye on the GAMEAMP forums & you will see plenty of discussion going on prior to anything major.
As far as your current toon, if you are unhappy with what you have created & want to try other powersets, just create a new toon. I have over 40 of them scattered around & with the last expansion we are able to create over 100+ toons. You are not limited to just 1 or 2 characters in this game, knock yourself out.....

i just created a mastermind and i have chosen the mercenaries.
are they good enough? or should i have chosen ninjas or robots?
