What exactly does an RP SG do that's different from regular SGs?

A Role-Palying SuperGroup is just what it says: a collection of players that enjoy role-playing their toons. A regular SG can include anyone.

In a regular SG/team the players are just going about doing missions and levelling up. If there is any chatting going on it can be about anything. Like what was on tv last night, or what's for diner. Normal real life stuff.
In a role playing SG/team the players are the actual toons. There is no such thing as real life. Everything they say and do is what that toon says and does. It is still about doing missions, getting xp and leveling up, but it goes a step further. As RP-er you really get into the body of the hero you play in game. It can be great fun. You can realy live out your fantasies and be a different person for a while.
