I just clicked on the Patch notes on the main site and it said Patch notes for 6.6.06.

Yea, just saw that off of the victory boards..
i was cruising through the post on the UK boards, when somebody asked if UK was getting I7 before US.

That is hilarious, because I want to ask if the servers are back up yet. I'm thinking about running home during lunch to try it out for a few.
So, are the servers up yet?

Servers are still down. the patching, downloading, applying, (at least for me) has taken 10 min so far. working on applying a 1007M patch.
I seem to remember Bridger saying it would take close to 2 hrs.
My suggestion: Go to breakfast/lunch, then don't show up at work again. GO HOME. if you get home before servers are up, then you can work on the applying so that you're rdy to go when they come up.
they'll probably be up in around 50 min. (time is 9:10 Central)

That is going to take awhile.
It can download while they are still working on the servers?

yea. just open up the coh window, and you'll start downloading, patching, applying.. whatever.. once that's done, it will tell you "OK" or whatever it usually does say. you can get to the password screen, but can't go to server select screen yet.

I am glad to see they will be issuing a free respec on 6-08-06. I have some toons that I was concidering shoving in the trash can. I hate deleting toons that I have spent time on and come up with concepts for.
It's kinda hard to make the first 24 levels to do the Respec TF when you are unhappy with the build.

Agreed. And just a note to everyone who may not already know: you can only carry around 1 free respec at a time. (Earned ones you can bank up to 3). So if anyone is still holding onto a free respec from the last time the devs gifted them to us, might as well use it.

1007? As in 1007 megabytes? As in just under 1 Gigabyte? That's awesome if they acutally put that much stuff into it. Not so awesome for the dial up players tho...
