My first few weeks of playing CoH I was rather impressed with the general helpfulness of the players. Maybe it's just because I've been in the lowbie areas so much, but everyone seemed pretty nice and eager to group.
Finally, this weekend, the griefers of CoH reared their ugly head. Apoletta and I were in that section of the city where Positron is. I forget the name of the area atm, Steel Canyon maybe? Well, anyway, I was toyin with a few high lvl outcasts as I'm prone to do using Sup Invis and Decieve when this CoCo-somebody comes dashing past me with a whole train of other Outcasts in tow. My first thought was "Crap! I better help her, she's in trouble!" so I cast a few heals her way and some decieves into the group following. Then I realized, my heals were pointless, because she wasn't losing any health. So along comes Apo, and here comes ol' CoCo Outcasts in tow.
Luckily Apo was able to keep running till I got a safe distance then I just TP'd her to me. We seemed safe for the moment, then here comes coco-idiot, tryin to get Apo killed. This whole time I was Invisi, so it was a non-issue for me. So anyway, I told her to keep running while I high tailed to to a zone, then tp'd her to it with me so we could make our escape.
I suppose I was a bit naieve to think there wouldn't be players like that around, but I was still impressed with how long I played before running into one.

There aren't a lot, but there are some.
Just a tip for next time... don't attack anyone in the train. How aggro works, if you do, they will all be coming after you... healing is great, but stay out of the fight.

That's why I like Sup Invis and Decieve so much. Why should I fight anyone if I can make them fight themselves for me? As long as I don't deal any damage, they'll never know I'm there. :)
But excellent tip.
