I came across This article while checking out one of my favorite web comics.
Apparently Uwe Boll, the idiot who gets the lisences for awesome games and then makes movies on them that suck so badly, everyone who paid to see them should get their money back has gotten fed up with people smashing their movies so is going to challenge 5 net critics who gave his movies the worst reviews to 10 rounds in a boxing ring...What the hell man? This is the stupidst thing ive ever heard since Jack Thompson's "modest proposal"
First item on the agenda of hate: He wants to fight those who used their first amendment to smash his movies. He calls it "Put up or shut up" So we have a choice of knocking him the heck out or watching another one of his movies...To be honest i want to KO him for not refunding my 18 bucks for Bloodrayne.
Second item on the agenda of hate: Its not the critic's fault, his movies just really really really suck. Dont belive me?
Well lets start our journy from 2003 with the release of "House of the Dead" I loved this game on the dreamcast and the arcade so when i heard there was going to be a movie, i made sure to go see it dispite the horrendous reviews...Thirty minutes in, my girl friend and i walked out of the theater really POed.
2004- This idiot directed the music video for one of my favorite songs "I wish i had an angel" No wonder i kept saying "This thing sucks" while watching it.
2005- He directs alone in the dark. By far the most spectacular crap-fest ive ever seen...EVER. The plot sucked, ive seen porno movies with a better plot and MUCH better acting. There was one good qoute that i picked up durring those moments i was awake and i only like it because i can apply it to CoH/V "Just because you can't see something, doesn't mean it can't kill you."
Bloodrayne...the biggest insult to game movies everywhere. I was forced to watch this because my girl friend, being the fan of the game she is wanted to see it. This movie gets a -10 out of 10...it has to earn 10 points to get a zero. Its by far the worst movie ever and dont argue with me because this movie makes Highlander 2 look like Lord of the Rings. Hell it made Tomb-Raider look good!
It made Super Mario Brothers look like art!
on a more personal note i think everyone involved in this movie should be straped down and forced to watch it untill their eyes bleed.
Now coming in 2007 is his rendition of FarCry. Its gonna be nothing more that a crappy movie to a game i love. I also read somewhere that he is trying to get the rights to Metal Gear Solid so he could mess that up too. Someone needs to start a petition to get him banned from making movies.
Sorry for that rant. I had to vent out that un-needed fustration.

wow. that movie was so bad. the only reason i watched the whole thing was because of the smokin hot red head running around killing zombies. and i cant believe he actually used clips of the video game as scene transitions.
it would have been a better movie if it were titled rollin' with my gnomies.
I won't dress up as Frosty the Snowman for a Christmas party...
