Is anyone else getting booted constantly since that new patch a few days ago? All of a sudden, I can't game for more than 15 minutes or so without getting the "Lost Connection to Mapserver" message coming up. I know its nothing on my end as I've checked it SEVERAL times (my connection, my router, called Comcast...). I sent petitions to PlayNC but they insist its on my end. I've been DC'd 10 times in the past day. I even have a little talley sheet for DCs. Its getting rediculous. If this keeps up, I'm not gonna keep paying for a game I can't play...

Ok, so I found out today that its actually not on PlayNC/Cryptic's end of things. Its my stupid Comcast internet. We've known for over 2 years now (ever since we moved into this house/town) that there were too many people running off the same node. Now our internet traffic has piled up so much that I can't play any games online. The connection cant even support Counterstrike, a game that doesn't exactly require the highest speed internet connections. Comcast is truly the cheapest ISP out there. I know that nodes cost a pretty penny, but in my opinion, I think that it'd be worth it to stop hearing all the complaints and actually serve your customers. I think we can officially change our name to "the Slowskys" if they don't fix this soon. Damn Comcast; blow all your money on a commerical with talking turtles instead of supporting your customers...
