I know there are binds from switching to Form to form easily.Was wondering if someone can tell them to me,really appricate it!

This should be a workable example with the "f" key being the bind key:
/bind f "powexec_name Bright Nova"
That should set up the f key to toggle Bright Nova form off and on. Use any key you like, and switch the power name if you are doing a different form.

These are the three binds I have on my WS and PB. I use the keys j, k and l. But that you can change of course. Also, with switching forms, I switch tray since there is not enough space for all those powers in one tray.
Warshade:
/bind j "powexec_toggle_off Black Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_off Dark Nova$$goto_tray 1"
/bind k "powexec_toggle_off Black Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_on Dark Nova$$goto_tray 4"
/bind l "powexec_toggle_off Dark Nova$$powexec_toggle_on Black Dwarf$$goto_tray 5"
Peacebringer:
/bind j "powexec_toggle_off White Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_off Bright Nova$$goto_tray 1"
/bind k "powexec_toggle_off White Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_on Bright Nova$$goto_tray 4"
/bind l "powexec_toggle_off Bright Nova$$powexec_toggle_on White Dwarf$$goto_tray 5"
