Well, since there has been a great deal of interest in this group of heroes, I'll give you all a background.
The idea for this supergroup stemmed from me being bored one day. I decided I would take a server I had empty and make 5 heroes and 5 villains (one of each AT) and make a SG and VG with each group. And i was going to keep all of the toons in a close level range and take my time leveling them. I first made my villains and Path asked me what I was doing on Guardian. Since he has, what most of us would call, an alt problem, he decided to join me. Evil Lemons also rolled a villain or two to play with us at that time.
after i made my villains, i made the heroes. i've been keeping a list of different power sets and combos that i have wanted to try. once I made my first one, i liked the color combo so much that I decided to make all 5 of my toons those same colors.
I did not feel as inspired by my villains because I did not make them all at the same time. I think it actually took me 5 days to create them all how I wanted them. The villains are more of a loose association of arch-nemeses of my heroes than how my heroes are an actual team. the VG still does not have a name, mostly because I havent played them as much because the SG idea jelled first. I picked the uppercase Omega as the SG symbol because the spy organization that Ahnold works for in True Lies is the Omega Faction or something like that... i think.
But that is a history of the Omega Men and their yet to be appropriately named enemy group.
if anyone wants to join the team, the only requirement is the colors are black (1,1) and gold ([5?,4] i think) and the capital Omega chest symbol. and neither groups have been officially set up yet becuase i'm only 8 still.

I have a Claws/SR, Stone/SS, Kin/Rad, Mind/FF, and Sonic/NRG to add. They are all L4 currently.
And I do not have an alt problem! It's not a problem for me at all. I enjoy it immensely!!!!!

I'll have to agree here. That's my favorite color combo, might be enough to get me to try a different server.

I would love to join....since I am into being a villain lately is there a chance I can join the vil SG. I know you will have trouble believing this, I don't think I have a toon on Guardian.

That's my other home...I have a Seiege and Nightstar mission I XP/Influence/Prestige/Herd like crazy there. I was in there today with an 8 man team for about 3 hours...fun stuff...had like 4 people level quite a few times.

well i rolled both a hero and a villain, and whenever you get the SGs going can you invite me toons? i recreated 2 of my favoriters:
the villain is Macht Panzer Faust, a Dark/Elec Brute
the Hero is Darkwind Omega, a Martial Arts/Dark Scrapper

Big I could certainly hook up with you on guardian. That's been my main since day one. But I'd have to change the costume on an existing character. Mine is full. Or maybe do it on one of my other accounts. Now thats an idea. I'll see what kind of room I have.

I actually have a level 10 speedster on Guardian named Blue Blurr. Some how I dont think he would fit in LOL. But I love your color choices. Big I knew you were a Hawkeye fan. Now you just need to have a tigerhawk symbol. =)

hahaha actually i like the hawkeyes because they have the same color as the 2005 world champion pittsburgh steelers and 2007 stanley cup champions pittsburgh penguins :)

WooT! Rolled a toon last night, and joined The Omega Men. I met Whimcycle for the first time and ran a number of missions with Path of Wrath.
It was a lot of fun, nice to try something different and have it go well.

Evidently, there is no Omega symbol available in the SG list of Symbols, So, put your Capital Omega on during costume creation. When you go to SG mode, you chose not to use the current SG symbol, chevrons in SG colors page. You are back with the Omega.

yeah i find it a little bothersome that there are a lot less SG emblem options than there are chest symbols. There are a ton of logo's I'd like to have used. if anyone wants a different SG logo than the chevron thingy let me know. i just picked it because i closed my eyes and clicked on it
oh and if anyone wants a siggy/avatar for their omega i'd be happy to work something up. and if you have a design in mind that's cool too. i can put names in front of a toon on a background like a champ now, but sometimes my creativity is limited :)

My guess would be the the Greek symbols aren't available to SGs because they are veteran rewards. You might end up with SG members that have less than 6 months under their belts.

I can set up a Trial of Trandensence now, having finally finished that story line. Oh, and I can get Low level 13,17 and 21st SO in Faultline now. I still have lots of Inf left from the million that guy dumped on me, {was it one of you Ampers out there, he acted like he knew me.}, so I'd be happy to get some for you.

Just a note to remind you alt'ers out there, the OM are still waiting for you. {grin}
A basic SG base is available, one TP w/Atlas and Talos Island and a medical bay. That kinda sucked all the prestige, so no storage racks yet. I'll be putzing about tonight as Whimcycle Ill/Rad. Still trying to get the hang of Debuffing instead of buffing.

My main defender is on guardian so i might want him (shruiken) or make a new guy. If you want shruiken is a 50 emp/rad. Yep :)

I would have loved to join your team; cool name, symbol and colors.
Unfortunately, Gardian is my mainserver and all my slots are taken with toons already in my SG and at least level 13 (but I have two who's first costume was black and gold... one being my lvl 50 Veloce!)...
Except one. He's is just level 6 (Universoul peacebringer). He would look great in black and gold. Although he is already in my SG, I could transfer him to yours... but I do not play him much so my participation would be very episodical, unless some planned event like a TF or something would be announced...
By the way, if your groups want a coalition, I have a well equiped base with my SG H.E.R.O.E.S. International (invention worktable, teleporters to 16 zones and about to be upgraded) on the heroes side and a modest but useful one on the villains'side with my Dark Tribunal VG (invention worktable and teleporters to 5 zones atm).
