Im just wondering why players always say they "tested" this power and that power on the test server... Why not just test it on the normal servers and keep it if u want or not, instead of having to remake the character

What they do is transfer a toon to the test server to test out a respec build, or a power before committing to it on the "normal" servers. I've never done it, but there have been a couple of times I wished I had.

yeah i did that about 6 mos ago with my blaster, i only had one free resepec left so i copied him over tried it out and it was a good thing i did too i didn't like the outcome so i wouldn't have been able to change him back for a while.
so it does come in handy sometimes.

The other thing you can do is, after you level, but before you train, transfer your character over to the test server. Go to the test server. Train your level ON THE TEST SERVER and pick the power you want to test out. See how it works. That way you're not messing with your live server character.
Currently, however, the test server is not available because of the closed beta testing of Issue 10.
