This is a remake of the one we original had that was created by Govt I believe....for whatever reason it was lost so I am remaking this one.....adding a pin to it so all can see if you have any questions. The picture below would should the exact parameters that signatures should fit within. I made it little larger I believe than the last one but try to make it as small as possible. This helps out all when viewing forums and such.
