Hi i have a question bout enchancements.
Im a fire/emp troller lvl 28
Im fairly new to the game and there is somethings that i dont fully understand, for example i set 3 Grace of joule in my Heal Other power but i dont notice any big diffrence from when i had 2 Headband with much lower % before that.. Why is that? In my imagination i would heal for loads:p
Is max heal hitpoints per lvl allready set by default somehow so i cant get over it no matter what enchancement i put in after its reached?
And i also wonder why there exsists lower % enchancements like Headband when everyone could just have the higher % ones like Grace of Joule in every slot, some of them cost around the same anyways at the auctionhouse.
In my Char power i set a Fury of Joule cause i use the power alot and thought it would be leet to do more dmg with it.. but again i dont notice any diffrence. I mean lets say i did 3 dmg per tick on a mob at lvl 28, then if put Fury of Joule dmg increase lvl 28 33,3% in it, i would do (in my fantazy) like 5-6 dmg per tick instead.. but its still 3.
What am i not getting here?

I'm not quit sure if I understood you correctly...but...
If you had slotted a DO before with a 0 Lvl difference to your Level it would increase your damage by 16.7%, right?
And that resulted in a 3 damage per tick.
Now you slot a SO of the same level into the power which would make a 33.3% increase instead of the 16,7% before, an increase of damage by ~16,6%, right?
And you expect 6 damge per tick instead of 3, which would be a 100% damageincrease?!
Maybe your just not that good in math?O.o
The value would be somwhat behing the comma and if your lucky, the value will be rounded up to 4.
We are talking about the difference of a single SO versus a single DO, right?

Also take note that even though it says 3, if you look in your upper chat window it will show you the exact number you did. It may actually have been 2.8, but the outside display rounds up. 2.8 boosted by 16% only goes up to 3.2, which would be rounded down to 3. Now if you were say 30 and hitting for a hundred points of damage, it would go up by 16 points and be very obvious. And as you gain in levels it will become more apparent.

The lower % enhancements are used for 2 big reasons.
1)Money: The lower % enhancements are *much* cheaper to buy in stores. Keeping a full load of slots upto date is an expensive hobby that not all can afford.
2)Level Range: A given type of enhancement (Training, Dual, Single) only exist for a given range of levels and thus cannot be used by anyone of too low, or too high, level. They just do not make 'Grace of Joule' for less than level 25 and it is not going to do any good for a level 20 toon so he is stuck with the Headband.
And as for the auction house? ...Ah yes well most people are not as market savey as you are. If they were then the price at the auction house would be much greater for those powerful enhancements.
