i tried this up to 10, and liked it a lot. my suggestion (and this will probably get debated) is to take ice arrow if you can, it makes a great quick hold for bosses, who need 2 applications of a hold for it to stick. it's always good to have that extra hold for when you have a -recharge on you and you need someone detained, and the -spd from the ice is nice too.

Having played my Grav troller up to 42 and my new TA defender I can offer the following suggestions mostly on slotting ~
Crush: Swap the immobs for damage, it cycles fast enough to keep on 2 or 3 baddies.
Entangling Arrow: I would try and 2 slot, at least one acc as it will from time to time miss. With 2 slots you could work in a Acc/Recharge and a damage proc from IOs.
Crushing Field: I would get rid of the damages enhancers as the damage output is almost worthless.
Ice Arrow: Swap one of the holds for ACC
Sleep Arrow: If you want to keep it with 4 slots I would go with 4 recharges and 1 End Reduc. I would not slot for sleep as from what I've seen with this arrow so far is the sleep rarely hits and the DoT from Acid Arrow will wake them up anways.
Oil Slick: I would try and get 3 recharges into it.
I would work in Wormhole. It is almost in my opinion a set defining power. I think of this power as a group TP foe. Its stun mag is high enough to affect Bosses, and it doesnt require Line of Sight to use, handy for avoiding Alphas. My tactic on my Grav is to open with this from around a corner, into a corner and lock the mob down with Grav Distortion Field. I avoid the Alpha and have the mob locked down into a corner nice and safely.
Below is the build I would build towards if I played this combo. I picked the Fire Epic, just for more damage.

Okay, I made some of the changes to slotting, and worked in wormhole at 26, over taking Poison gas Arrow. Also, I took Ice Arrow, level 16 heh. And about taking Fire over Psiconic, this is just a build in case a friend of mine starts playing CoH (witch he seems to be really tempted by my 50 awsomeness) And with his history of rolling a scrapper, I would rather get Psiconic for the 2 extra defensive moves, (witch are +res and +def to psiconics as well as holds, and damage). I just have a 50 fire blaster, I want to keep the firing, to him.
