I would like opinions on this build. I have very little game experience so need some insight about it. Kinda looking to use crowd control (containment) other dmging aspects .. like Singularity(containments)+Lightning Storm(IO dmg over 1k) for example. This would be either solo / duoed (w/ bot). I know there are quite a few very experienced gents/ladies out there that can offer some criticism. Thank you and hope to see you in game.

Wormhole is a form of TP Foe, so I don't see you needing both TP Foe and Wormhole. Team Teleport is a huge waste of a power slot, as it's endurance heavy and few people will need you to teleport them along with yourself. If you really want Teleport as a travel power, take Recall Friend to open the pool. Then, if you do have a teammate who needs the teleport to your location, you can just TP them to you.
As for primary/secondary powers, it looks pretty good. I'm sure someone with more Gravity and/or Storm experience will come along and offer their advice, as well. In particular, I advise you to send a PM to bold-lightning and Path of Wrath, as bold has a 50 Grav controller, and Path has a 50 Storm defender. Both of them will know more about the sets than I do, and I'm sure they can help you work out the best possible combinations of powers for your build.

I'd have to agree with Warron Peace, on the teleport bit. TP team tends to also annoy members of the team that either lag out during teleports, have things they need to do on the way to the mission, or prefer their own mode of travel.
And with Teleport Foe, I've been in groups that tried using it to pull and it would often fail and aggro the entire group and cause a team wipe or at least a very uncomfortable experience.
Everything else looks good to me, though.

As for the TP Powers:
TPTeam - was to port 3-4 Sings. into group
TP Foe - to rooftop pull w/ Hurricane to knock them off
TP - for travel / access to higher ground
Wormhole - is a close to anywhere AoE TPFoe

First of all, you can only have one Singularity out at a time. So TP Team won't help much there.
Secondly, you don't get credit for falling damage done to an opponent. If you TP a mob to a rooftop and then knock them off, you will lose a percentage of XP equal to the percentage of damage done by the fall. No real benefit to you there.
I stand by my guns when I say if you want Teleport as a travel power, take Recall Friend to open up the pool. You can use that to teleport your Singularity around if you feel the need to.

WHAT? Well poop! I misunderstood or was an old posting on another site about multi sings. It mentioned like 3-4 sings out at once, interesting. Well, build still sounds fun. Guess it would be more useful to be playing instead of reading. LOL Thanks for the heads up!

Below is the build I am using on my 44 Grav/Storm. In your build you can definently dump Stealth as Steamy Mist has it built in and you cant run both at the same time. If you go with the Speed pool then Super Speed + Steamy mist is equal to full invisibility. You are going to want to work in Stamina by 20 for sure. A lot of the storm powers are endurance hungry. I would drop Propel unless you plan on soloing alot. The animation from the power is one of my favorites, but really long. The mobs are usually arrested by the time it fires off.
