So, three or so days ago I hit 50 with my fire/kin troller Arclite and I've been working on his slotting since 47. He's almost all decked out on everything I'm planning to keep before I respec to trim the fat out of the build, except for fire imps. I want to slot in the Superior set Soulbound Allegience but I can't decide whether to 5 or 6 slot, as I don't know how the chance for +buildup enhancement works. Is that a chance on when spawning imps, or is it a recurring chance type thing... what exactly sets off the proc? If its only when spawning, then it seems worthless to me as I don't drop imps too quickly and respawn rarely. If its progressive, or has a chance of proc while the imps are already out, then it would be worth it. Does anyone have any input on that particular enhancement?
