The staff per say doesn't determine the game, and really neither do the Devs. In all honesty the game really is what decides whether it will be a site. A lot of the games we have that started out big pretty much ran themselves dry, for instance Dark and Light and Hero's Journey. The games much like that came at one the biggest times for game development, after the initial success of WoW, GW, and CoH future game creators started to churn out any idea, thus a huge influx of dead games.
Shaiya is one of those F2P games that will not warrant its own site but feel free to discuss it. There may be a future where GA has its own dedicated MMO site where members can freely discuss in and all MMOs.
Myself, I have never tried Shaiya but tried Last Chaos. It was ok but I think I stick to P2P accounts. But there are some other F2P games I much enjoyed. Some are Ijji.com's Soldier Front, a golf game called Albatross18, and Dungeon Runners F2P with P2P option is also fun to try. Those are just some of the few.
So you play alot of Shaiya?

Perhaps we could create a section of the boards dedicated to discussion of other games, instead of just using the Off-Topic board for this. Expand that across other sites, and you may find more of a need for an open MMO discussion site with some basic information about the less popular or well-known sites.
Just a thought,
W.P.

Last Chaos was a dead dog to me,you should all try Shaiya. it's quite polished for a F2P. even more so that it probably shouldn't be F2P
