I also finally got mids. Helps when my computer isn't shot, and tis nice to see where I may land, and it looks nice, if only I could get there.
Not really posting this for much of anything, aside from showing my dream build, but man does this buuild look nice. Chaning GIS, FF and FT as a ST attacks chain thanks to the recharge, and FA down every 9 seconds, this set actually looks like Ice Melee can dish damage. The bigggest perk to me is what I can see the recharge doing for Ice armor, Horafrost is almost perma, Hibernate is cramped by Nophase with EA a perma double-stack.
Despide knowing a singe set bonus is over the top and ineffective, I am really enjoying seeing my dream tank being able to tank everything in this game and never flinch. Not even Psi can get to him. Its a long way from my sleeper style, but its something I like. Anyway, here it is:

just something i noticed on mids when i checked out this build. why not get chilblain instead of BOI? it has the same damage for less endurance and recharges a LOT faster. this would be about the only change i would make, other than that it looks really good

Two reasons for BoI over Chilblain:
One: Dual-Holds, with this I can catch a boss in a hold in a matter of seconds than wait for FT to recharge, handy for Fake Nems and bosses I really ddon't want to budge.
Two: Ranged Hold, with it being ranged, and a hold, good for sappers or other single hastle targets that may not be an issue for me, but may cripply others that are with me. Allows for another edge of control.
The breaking point from my origial, that had both, is the tight build. I needed Weave for enough def to counter Cimoreans safely, and alot had to go. I lost Chilblain, Tactics and Build Up, as well as swaped Ice Sword for Frost for overall damage since permasleep isn't my stlye anymore cause it can't be done. So far, this works, and works well. Just can't wait for the finished build.
Big Chill is a conscranker: he conrols a mob so they do nothing, scraps a target till they can't stand, and tanks what's left till the job's done.
