Looking for a good PvP build for Fire/dev blaster.
I don't really want all the special sets in right now, just generic IOs.
And i would like to have Tp foe and trip mines in by lvl 30.

Well i know for a fact that Mech Beta or whoever Burnt Scar is has an AWESOME Fire/Dev build, scrapped with my stalker better then most scrappers do, but i can give a vague build
PS the last power is a free bee i chose Time Bomb becuase of the slows you need in order to actually kill something, just some extra damage, but can be traded out for something
