This is a quick poll targeting all the groups who have any type of liking for PvP
PreI13: Do you like PvP? If so, what about it? If not, why not?
PostI13: Do you like PvP now? Is it appealing to the casual player?
1. Is it, in your mind, right that a person that invests millions to billions in a build to be almost on the same level as a person who spent 20 million on an SO'd build?
2. Travel Suppression, Comments, good? bad? yes? no? explain.
3. Damage Reworks, Comment on DPA (Damage Per Activation), yes? no? maybe? explain.
PS, I didnt make this thing, a close friend asked me to present it to ya'll.

I am not much of a PvP-er, but I do have opinions. And I love to share them when people ask for them.
PreI13: I didn't PvP much, but the few times I went out there it was not too bad. Especially when I know many of the folks I was trying to get. I still felt like apologizing for killing them though. And congratulate them for killing me. Both of which is not really the right mind set. If I don't know anybody in the zone I feel no urge to attack anybody, which makes PvP-ing rather boring.
PostI13: I haven't tried it out yet.
1. I can see how this is a bit disappointing for the player that invested the influence on his build, but I think this is great. It is great for me, the casual PvP-er since I am not automatically defeated because I am gimped. And I even think it is great for the seasoned PvP-er too since he (or she) now has real opponents. I went one on one once against Scar. It was boring as hell for both of us. He was so much stronger than me, it was just laughable. I am sure for a big part it was skill too, but just partially. An even playing field is *always* more fun for everybody.
2. Travel Suppression makes being a stalker a lot less fun. I am not so sure I like this change. It is as one sided benefit for melee high health/def kind of players. Blasters and stalkers life is hit and run, not hit and get killed. But since I haven't actually seen it in action I shouldn't comment further.
3. No idea what this is about. So I have no opinion on it for a change.
