Actually, I've seen him built more often than in the process of being built. Too bad you can't get the Kinght Errant badge for defeating him AFTER he is built :(
Yea, like a noob, I put the wrong name in the title section. I realized it after I sent the pic in. Was half awake when I was doing this. oops. :) I will say that I see the Paladin almost every other day in KR. I also spotted Babbage in Boomtown on Monday, but couldn't find anybody to help defeat him, so no badge there. Grrr
