This is the Temp power you win in RV.
I have not summoned it yet as it was difficult to get the 1000 needed points :)
I was told it looks like the "Freedom Corpse Cataphract" also known as "Heavies" that you can control in Recluses Victory if your a Hero, but not having seen the Temp power yet it's just a guess, I have used a Cataphract Mech in RV however, your like a Mastermind with one big mean Robot under your control, infact in the screenshot you can see my control window for it, a Basic Mastermind set of 3 Macro buttons.
